Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
- Identify drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing concerns
- Provide clinical guidance to providers and staff
- Educate patients and staff on medication use and safety
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Board of Pharmacy and regulatory standards
- Participate in medication audits and quality improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
