Position Description
The internship in our US Investment Team will begin on or about June 1, 2027 and run approximately 10 weeks, through mid-August, with some flexibility for academic calendars. Candidates must be in their Junior year of undergrad (rising seniors).
This is an on-site internship and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require current or future visa sponsorship.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (CO-INVESTMENTS, SECONDARIES AND PRIMARIES)
Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments
- Primary fund investments
- Secondary fund investments
- Direct co-investments
- Portfolio management and allocation
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Involvement in the diligence process
- Preparation of investment models and memorandums
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
- Market and financial research
- Assisting in AI automation processes
- Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
- Market research
- Investor reporting materials
Your profile
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical ability
- Currently in Junior Year of Undergrad (Rising Senior), majoring in Finance, Economics, or Business, or in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, the sciences). Strong candidates from non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proven interest in the limited-partner (LP) side of private equity: fund investments, secondaries, and co-investments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, or Cursor) with sound judgment about their output
