Duties
- Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements.
- Prepare LLC and LP agreements and other transaction documents.
- Meet the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
- Collaborate with client business teams to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of private equity and M&A experience.
- Strong business and strategic judgment.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Prior large firm experience with private equity sponsors.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in the state of Colorado.
