In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering high quality circuit board products to customers by testing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing electronic assemblies.Pay: $24.39 to $27.64 per hourShift Options:Production Shift 1Monday through Thursday: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PMFriday: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AMProduction Shift 2Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PMFriday: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AMAs a PCB Test Technician, you will help ensure our products meet performance and quality expectations by:Performing setup, calibration, inspection, troubleshooting, and quality verification of circuit boards, instruments, and mechanical assembliesTesting circuit board products using a variety of electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to verify functionality and compliance with design specificationsIdentifying defects in nonconforming products and completing repairs using appropriate rework equipmentCreating shop orders for customer returns and performing necessary repairsAssisting with the development and assembly of custom test fixtures used in circuit board testing applicationsCreating and maintaining accurate test procedures and documentationProviding technical support and process improvement feedback to coworkers and production teamsSupporting workplace organization and cleanliness through the 5S program within the QA test areaSkills and Qualifications:Experience testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or calibrating electronic assemblies, circuit boards, or related productsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to read and follow technical documentation and proceduresAttention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt in a fast paced manufacturing environmentWhat happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
