Principal Program Cost Control AnalystRaytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst for the Processing Application & Exploitation (PAE) portfolio. This position will directly support multiple programs within the PAE portfolio. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.What You Will Do:Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.Process cost transfers, as requiredGenerate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR), Business Management Review (BMR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience in Program Controls, and/or experience with Earned Value Management fundamentalsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
