Technical Leadership RoleLead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. Drive architecture discussions and make sound technical tradeoff decisions. Own complex projects end-to-end, from requirements through production deployment and operational support. Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap planning.Write high-quality, production-grade code with strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and observability. Build and optimize distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure components.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis. Improve system scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, security teams, and partner engineering organizations. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance. Influence engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across teams. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
Improve monitoring, alerting, and automation tooling.
