Avanos Medical seeks a Principal Quality Systems Engineer to own and enhance our global Quality Management System (QMS) supporting class II/III medical devices. In this role, you will lead QMS strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and other global regulatory requirements. You will design and optimize quality processes, lead audits and gap assessments, and partner with R&D, Operations, Regulatory and Clinical teams.
Responsibilities include CAPA and change control oversight, metrics and management reviews, electronic QMS tool improvements, and coaching teams on quality and patient-safety culture.
