We are recruiting for a Lead Product Test Engineer to join Qorvo's High Performance Analog (HPA). The incumbent will provide support to the organization with a goal to continuously reduce time to market. This position will be based in Richardson, TX.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Support product characterization along product development phasesDefine DVT scope, initiate execution and track progress up to completion for various product linesResponsible for test planningAnalyze data & Generate product performance reportsContribute to troubleshooting product performanceInfluence Test Development strategyValidate software solution integration to support RF characterization from DC to mmW frequenciesMake proposal to help improve our test automation frameworkContribute to SQA for new test flow introductionProvide guidance to troubleshoot test setupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and support product testing effortsGenerate test-oriented documentations, procedures, and reports supporting new product introductionTechnical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Minimum of 8 years of experience in EE/software testing requiredStrong exposure to RF products performanceProficient with test automationProficient in automated test including design, development, and maintenanceExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with test techniciansOperate independently with minimal supervisionRequired Education & Experience:MSc degree (or greater) in Electrical EngineeringPosition Location: Richardson, TexasThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
