Preventative Maintenance Lead TechnicianAs the Lead Technician for the Preventative Maintenance department, you will be responsible for coaching and developing field service preventative maintenance technicians, focusing in the Eastern part of Georgia (Augusta, Savannah, Statesboro, Waycross, and Brunswick). You will be the main point of contact for questions regarding difficult repairs and assisting peers in developing their technical and diagnostic abilities. You will also be performing preventive maintenance on various types of customer/rental machines as per machine guidelines in a safe and timely manner on customer job sites.To be successful in this position you should be able to understand the requirements of time needed for scheduling work, keeping in mind current outstanding projects and employee schedules.

You should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of schematics and diagrams, as well as the ability to step in as a troubleshooter and instructor.At Yancey Bros.
