Press Box Student Worker
Primary Purpose:
Provide assistance to the Executive Assistant in providing excellent customer service and hospitality to Board members and distinguished guests
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Must be a Chapel Hill High School student; Academies of Public & Human Services Pathway preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Skillsets of hospitality and customer service
- No experience needed
As a Press Box Student Worker, your duties will include:
- Greet visitors, Board members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with hospitality preparations
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Help prepare the Press Box Hospitality Suite for events
- Represent the district positively through interactions with Board members and guests
- Demonstrate behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible
- Comply with district policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations
- Adhere to the district's safety policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in the conduct of district business
- Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance
- Other duties as assigned
