Duties

- Complete client and firm-related administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Admission to the CA state bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
- Good standing status.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role, with first chair capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, balance demands, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admission to the California State Bar.
