The role:  Run the business side so the owner can stay clinical. Own payer relationships and denials with our billing vendor, credentialing/CAQH, vendor management (EHR, phones, CRM), patient escalations, policies, and the coordinator’s weekly scorecard. 20–30 hrs/week, growth to full-time as we scale. You’ve done this before in a mental-health practice and can act without being told.

Must have:  3+ yrs managing an outpatient behavioral-health practice · hands-on with insurance (eligibility, auths, denials, appeals) · credentialing experience · EHR admin (Charm strongly preferred) · self-directed, metrics-driven · Miami-based.

Strong plus:  Spravato REMS or TMS program ops · ketamine clinic · QuickBooks · Spanish.
