Taylor Sudden Service is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Power Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in parts, service coordination, heavy equipment, forklifts, diesel equipment, power generation, or another mechanical service environment.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of keeping our service operation running smoothly by supporting customers, Field Service Technicians, and parts operations.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating service needs between customers and Field Service Technicians

• Assisting with repair estimates, maintenance needs, and parts identification

• Processing parts and service orders

• Managing and maintaining parts inventory

• Expediting emergency and backordered parts

• Supporting warranty claims and service documentation

• Tracking technician activity, expenses, and service records

• Helping ensure customers receive timely, professional service and support

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Parts and/or service industry experience

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment service

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer skills and comfort working with web-based systems

• Experience supporting technicians, mechanics, or service operations is highly preferred
