Power/ Energy Analyst (ERCOT / PJM)

In beautiful Miami, you will be working within a leading Global Hedge Fund. This position will involve research, development, and execution of Power and Energy trading strategies (ERCOT / PJM) . You will need a strong fundamental understanding of Energy markets across the US / Europe. You will be managing data and modelling for the power and gas desks, generating reports with the aim of finding discrepancies in the markets to use as a source of PNL. Using Python, you will assist in trading global commodity strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as an Analyst / Researcher within the Buyside / Trade Shop
- Strong Power/ Energy market knowledge
- You do not need to own a track record*
