We pride ourselves on delivering premium wheel repair services while creating a fun, dynamic work environment.Why Work Here?Competitive Pay: $20-21/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)Health, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offTraining is providedPowder Coater Responsibilities:Prepare parts/wheels for coating, including stripping and repairingFollow all principles and practices of powder coating applicationOperate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systemsObserve machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defectsPerform normal maintenance and cleaning of all powder coating equipment and associated work areas, including the coating boothApply powder to wheels with consistent coverage and thicknessBake parts at appropriate temperatures within specified time limitationsLoad and unload parts or products onto fixturesApply primer or finish coat to wheels, products, etc. using electrostatic hand spray gunClean and degrease all products, wheels, parts, etc. as necessary, prior to coatingObtain powders, media, filters, etc.
