Key Responsibility:
- Analyze and document current processes and states.
- Produce reports for senior leadership; no implementation of future solutions required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience : ~3 years relevant experience preferred; must be strong in analysis.
- Skills :Blend of Project Management + Business Analysis. Able to gather requirements, document current states, and create proposals.
- Technical Knowledge :Familiarity with technology; able to communicate with technical teams.
- Education/Certifications :PMP preferred but not required. BA-to-PM candidates considered if experience matches.
- Tools :Microsoft suite familiarity helpful; no strict tech stack required.
Project Focus:
- Certificate Rotation Management Policy – Document current certificate rotation processes, including encryption and industry changes.
- DC3 Data for AI – Ensure proper standards, processes, and security controls for handling DC3-level data in AI tools.
