PLM Business Analyst - Scrum MasterLocation - Seattle, WA Onsite.Fulltime Permanent FTEMust Have Technical and Functional Skills• Domain Engineering• An Engineering Bachelors Degree or Masters degree or similar.• Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and IT consulting firm.• Understanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management process.• Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etc.• Hands-on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated data.• Part of large PLM implementation, PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill.Technical skills on AWS Cloud preferred.• Strong experience in PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, etc.).• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Knowledge of product development processes and engineering change management.• Familiarity with integration of PLM with ERP systems.Data Governance• Experience with Engineering data governance.• Experience and knowledge of data policies around Engineering data.• Experience with applying export control policies around Engineering data.Communication• Excellent Communication Skills.• Ability to engage with Senior management and executives.• Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements.• Document detailed requirements.• Create Art of possible and Status documentation.• Presentations for the executive team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:• Ability to understand the Aero Business process.• Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements.• Work with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements.• Conduct Requirement Analysis workshops.• Propose solutions that meets the needs of our clients.• Implement and manage PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA).• Define and optimize product lifecycle processes from concept to end-of-life.• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for seamless data flow.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.• Drive integration between PLM and ERP/MES systems.Scrum - Responsibilities• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).• Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of sprints.• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.• Deep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.)• Track and report sprint progress using tools like Azure Devops.• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
