Plastic / Cosmetic Surgeon – Miami, FL & Dallas, TX

Annual Compensation Potential: $500,000–$1,000,000

Avana Plastic Surgery is seeking experienced Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons for opportunities at our Miami, Florida, and Dallas, Texas locations.

We are looking for physicians with a strong background in aesthetic surgery who prioritize patient safety, surgical excellence, and personalized care.

Qualifications:

• Experience performing plastic and/or cosmetic surgery procedures.

• Active Florida or Texas medical license preferred. Candidates must hold the appropriate active state license before beginning clinical practice.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient care.

• Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.

Compensation:

Potential annual compensation ranges from $500,000 to $1,000,000, depending on experience, surgical volume, and the individual compensation arrangement. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.
