Who You Are
- You embody the OC Values – Caring, Committed, Curious, Collaborative.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred).
- 5+ years experience in cost accounting with a preference to a manufacturing background.
- You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities.
- You have the ability to operate within a matrixed organization.
- You have some ERP experience.
- You desire to lead in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Live the safety stance, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities.
- Ensure the proper existence of compliance and internal controls.
- Partner with Plant Leader to lead operations planning and plant processes.
- Conduct financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and encourage effective decision‑making.
- Actively lead and contribute within a cross‑functional leadership team.
- Drive plant productivity.
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports in purchasing, buying, raw materials and shipping/transportation.
The base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $140,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
