What You’ll Do
- Lead the month-end financial close and reporting for the plant.
- Maintain and analyze standard costs, inventory, and key financial metrics.
- Partner with plant management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support capital planning.
- Prepare budgets, performance reports, and financial analyses with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive cost accounting and analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of management accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP systems).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.
