We are currently looking for a talented Plant Manager to integrate our client's team.
They are a fast-growing manufacturing business and are currently in the market for a Plant Manager to support their CFO in overseeing governance for their manufacturing facility.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for operational reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, audits, and financial oversight of key projects while partnering closely with plant leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in plant finance, cost accounting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Direct experience with ERP systems and Digital Dashboards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- CPA, CMA or CA preferred.
