Duties

Help

Ensures processes for Soldiers undergoing Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) have complete case records; coordinates with all responsible agencies to establish and continuously improve processes.

Provides technical oversight and consultative advice for technical, professional, and administrative matters over multiple areas requiring clinical oversight.

Responsible for developing treatment plans that address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of soldiers in order to facilitate their return to duty or successful transition to civilian life.

Responsible for planning the work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
