About the Role:

As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with ChenMed, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and develop personalized care plans. Manage both acute and non-acute conditions and provide clear documentation.
• Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality management programs.
• Advocacy & Education: Act as a patient advocate, facilitating family conferences, and ensuring education on care plans.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar. Board certification preferred; active state licensure required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting with leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to manage patient panel effectively.
• Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, advanced communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in geriatric care is a plus.

Job Description:

• 100% Outpatient - NO CALL
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Patient Population: Medicare Advantage
• 12-18 patients daily

Internal Medicine or Family Practice - Memorial Primary Care

Memorial Healthcare System, a leading 1,900‑bed healthcare system located in South Florida, is seeking a BE/BC internal medicine or family medicine physician for employment in one of its many primary care practices spread throughout southern Broward County. The successful candidate must exhibit strong interpersonal and professional skills, have an understanding and willingness to practice in a family- and patient-centered care environment, and have an interest in and/or the desire to teach. Memorial is affiliated with several local universities and launched an internal medicine residency program in July of 2018.

This is a full-time employed position with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers a competitive benefits and compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability is covered under sovereign immunity.
