nNieCat Foundation of Excellence, Inc. provides on-site and in-home speech, occupational, and physical therapies for young children with unique abilities. We’re building NieCat Blessings Academy, an integrated preschool and therapeutic center for 3- and 4-year-olds, opening soon. Until then, our therapists serve families in their homes and other preschools across Miami-Dade so young children can learn and thrive.
nThe Role
nAs a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you will:
nDeliver family-centered, evidence-based PT in the home/community for infants to 5-year-olds
nSupport motor development, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and adaptive equipment needs
nCollaborate with caregivers and NieCat’s interdisciplinary team (SLP/OT Educator)
nDocument sessions and progress notes in a timely manner
nWork a flexible schedule (you choose your hours); 1099 independent contractor
nQualifications
nCurrent state licensing for physical therapy assistance is required
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nThe ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite
nThe ability to work well and make decisions in a high-stress environment
