Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- One year of Home Health experience
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Schedule can be flexible based on patient availability.
- Coverage area includes Brisbane, Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, and neighboring cities as needed.
