Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experienced therapist

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0900-1730
• Unit: Rehab Department
• Documentation Systems: Meditech for IRF and Acute, NetHealth (ReDoc) for Outpatient
• Patient Population: Inpatient Rehab Facility and Acute Rehab
