Responsibilities
•Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate students, determinediagnoses, and create comprehensive plans of care
•Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies and adjusttreatment according to individual student needs
•Follow intervention protocols and revise treatment plans asnecessary based on student progress
•Accurately document services provided and student outcomes incompliance with school guidelines
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensureconsistent support and maximize the effectiveness of each student'sIEP
Requirements
•Active state license as a Physical Therapist
•Current BLS/CPR certification
•Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5years
