Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Weekend coverage may be required.

Assignment Details

Productivity expectation is at least 27 points per week, with a guarantee of 36 hours. Traveler must be willing to travel outside the area as needed.

Requirements

• Current California PT License
• BLS Certification
• Drug screen
• Physical examination
• Annual TB test
• MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), and annual Flu vaccinations
• Driver's License and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment expectations and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care services performed in accordance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
