Job Description: We are seeking experienced, collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services in patients’ homes throughout the San Diego area and nearby locations. This is not typical home health; it’s outpatient therapy delivered in the patient’s home.

Job Requirements:

• State‑specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation outside city centers.
• 1+ years of US experience.
• Liability insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification.
