We're partnering with a growing pediatric home healthcare organization in Colorado that's expanding its team of Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs).
Locations: Denver, Aurora & Parker, CO
COMPENSATION
Physical Therapists (PT)
- $85,000 annual salary OR
- $65–$70 per completed visit
- Additional compensation for evaluations
Occupational Therapists (OT)
- $90,000 annual salary OR
- $70–$75 per completed visit
- Additional compensation for evaluations
- Part-time opportunities available!
At 27 completed visits per week for 52 weeks, per-visit earnings could reach approximately $98K for PTs and $105K for OTs. Actual earnings depend on completed visits.

Prefer seeing six patients daily? Great.
Want to schedule additional patients earlier in the week and keep Fridays available for family time or make-up visits? That works, too.
You'll coordinate appointments directly with families while providing meaningful, individualized therapy in their homes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Active Colorado PT or OT license
✔ Passion for working with children and families
✔ Strong communication and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Experienced therapists AND new graduates welcome!
Full-time salaried positions target 27 completed visits weekly, with a gradual caseload ramp-up during the first 60 days.
