Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant to join a welcoming facility in Danbury, CT . Position Overview
As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and regain independence. Your support will make a meaningful difference in each patient’s journey to recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor and document progress
- Communicate with the PT and other care team members
- Support patient motivation and education
- Current PTA license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- BLS certification (required)
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience (SNF or outpatient preferred)
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong interpersonal skills
