Lead the design and engineering of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and intercom systems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat analyses, and security risk evaluations.
Develop security system architectures, engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, calculations, and technical documentation.
Perform engineering calculations related to video storage, network bandwidth, system sizing, and power requirements.
Evaluate and recommend emerging security technologies and solutions based on operational requirements, performance, and cost considerations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical/scientific discipline.
10+ years of experience designing and commissioning physical security systems.
Strong expertise in CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, and perimeter security systems.
Experience conducting security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
Knowledge of leading physical security manufacturers, technologies, and industry standards.
