Physical Design Engineer (PnR) — Fusion Compiler & Low-Power

LanceSoft, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA (or Austin, TX) is seeking a Physical Design Engineer with hands‑on block‑level and top‑level Place & Route experience using Synopsys Fusion Compiler. You will drive floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure for complex SoCs.

The role requires strong STA, low‑power integration using UPF, and cross‑functional collaboration with RTL, DFT, Power, and Signoff teams to meet PPA targets.
