Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff.
- Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy performance.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding patient service.
- Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues.
- Build relationships with local providers and support community health initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate pharmacy team members.
- Drive operational, financial, and clinical goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. school of pharmacy.
- 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
