Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of pharmacy experience; 3 years working in hospital pharmacy management
- Education: Pharm. D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Licensure/Certificates: State of Tennessee Pharmacy License
Preferred:
- Experience: Pharmacy residency or fellowship training
- Education: Master's Degree preferred
