Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management for a diverse patient population. Your role will be crucial in optimizing medication therapy and improving patient outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized medication plans
- Utilize Epic charting system for accurate medication documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary support services, including IV teams and rapid response teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PharmD, RPh
- Valid KS State license required at time of submission
