Whether you're a hands-on technician, detail-oriented inspector, or a mechanically inclined problem-solver, we have a role for you!Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.50 (hourly)Available Operator RolesFilling Operators (aseptic processing, equipment setup, machine operation)Formulation Operators (weighing, measuring, mixing of ingredients)Preparation Operators (equipment and component preparation)Capping Operators (container closure operations)Packaging Operators (labeling, boxing)Machine Operators (machine setup and operation)Inspection Operators (detecting defects in containers and contents)Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating ProceduresRecord steps in batch records, logbooks, and other required documentationEquipment and Machine OperationPerform aseptic techniques and cleanroom gowning (for select roles)Conduct setup, cleaning, sanitization, and teardown of rooms and equipmentPerform material verification, line clearances, and reconciliationsWhat We're Looking ForTeam players with strong attention to detailCommitment to safety, quality, and efficiencyComfortable working in regulated, cleanroom environmentsMechanical aptitude or experience operating complex machinery is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods during your shiftComfort performing precise, repetitive tasks while following strict GMP and cleanroom standardsCapability to lift and handle materials or components weighing 50–70 poundsExposure to noise, proximity to moving parts and equipment, and exposure to chemicals; atmospheric conditions including - odors and fumesFor certain positions, successful completion of a visual acuity test (20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses) and a color vision assessmentCleanroom RequirementsStreet clothes must be removed and replaced with company-provided cleanroom attireAbility to properly put on and remove cleanroom gowning according to GMP standardsAbility to wear full cleanroom attire (including hairnet, beard cover, shoe covers, gown, gloves, mask, and other PPE) for extended periodsProhibited materials in cleanroom areas may include (but are not limited to): food/drink/gum, jewelry, makeup, nail acrylics, perfume/cologne, and personal cell phonesQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be able to understand, speak, read, and write English to comply with SOPs, job-specific training materials, GMP requirements, and other documentationMust be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
