Attorney Position
Merchant & Gould, one of the nation's best-in-class intellectual property law firms, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. This is a hybrid position that can be located in any of our offices. The ideal candidate is a pre-2022 law school graduate with 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience. Candidates will support an active ANDA litigation practice. A technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar is preferred, but not required.
Our associate compensation structure has two components:
- a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target)
- a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range starts at $200k.
