This role involves managing a caseload of injury matters, negotiating with insurance carriers, and advocating for clients in arbitration or trial. Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Washington State (required)
- Strong understanding of plaintiff personal injury law
- Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
- Experience handling negotiations with insurance companies
Experience
- 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Pre-litigation case handling
- Filing lawsuits and litigation process
- Depositions, motions, and discovery
- Prior experience handling motor vehicle accident cases strongly preferred
- Trial or arbitration experience is a plus
Skills
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
