This role is responsible for managing permits, coordinating inspections, and serving as a key liaison between municipalities, inspectors, and internal teams across multiple branches.The ideal candidate will have experience with permitting, construction, home services, or a related field and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesApply for all required permits across multiple FH Furr branchesSchedule and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictionsServe as a liaison between inspectors, municipalities, and internal teamsTrack permit status and maintain organized, accurate documentationEnsure compliance with local codes, regulations, and permitting requirementsCommunicate timelines, updates, and any issues to internal stakeholdersQualificationsExperience in permitting, construction, home services, trades, or a related industry preferredFamiliarity with permitting processes, codes, and inspectionsStrong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build effective relationships with inspectors, municipalities, and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and permit-tracking systems preferredSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindsetAt FH Furr, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
