Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Permanent Substitute Teacher to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral needs, and other disabilities. In this role, you provide consistent classroom coverage across grade levels, implement individualized education plans, follow specialized behavior support plans, and collaborate closely with special education teachers, therapists, and support staff. You will maintain a structured, supportive learning environment, collect student data, communicate with families and districts as needed, and participate in ongoing training within our mission-driven, student-focused culture.
