What You'll Do
- Perform mobile X-ray exams at healthcare facilities using digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
- Submit and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation.
- Unload and set up portable X-ray equipment inside various facilities.
- Capture high-quality, clinically diagnostic X-ray images in compliance with protocols.
- Transmit EKGs (if applicable) to cardiologists for interpretation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure safe, efficient communication with dispatch, management, and clients for seamless workflow.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
What You Need
Required:- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license
- Experience with portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
- Ability to push/pull up to 50-100 lbs safely, with accommodations as needed
- Strong communication and professional interaction skills
- Previous mobile imaging experience
- Certification in relevant radiologic procedures or specialties
