Performance Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN Employment Type: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Performance: Design and run performance tests across AWS and GCP to measure latency and throughput for AdTech platforms.
  • Observability: Build dashboards to visualize system behavior using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Kibana.
  • Distributed Systems: Analyze complex, distributed systems to find bottlenecks and cross-cloud performance friction.
  • DevOps Integration: Add automated performance tests to CI/CD pipelines and work with SRE teams to optimize Kubernetes workloads.
  • Capacity Planning: Forecast infrastructure needs based on load test results and historical data.
