Job DetailsJob Location: Seattle, WA 98108Position Type: Per DiemSalary Range: $45.00 - $65.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Road WarriorJob Category: Health Care We're seeking a Registered Nurse to support our dedicated Home Health team in an admissions and float capacity.

Shift: Per Diem

Some responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive patient assessment
• Developing the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family
• Admission tasks to include: education, coordinating resources, communicating with physicians and other team members, pain and symptom management and skilled physical therapy interventions.
• Expand and develop OASIS knowledge/expertise.

Qualifications

• Home Health experience Strongly Preferred
• Active WA RN license
• OASIS experience
• 1 year experience working in Admissions
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle
• Computer skills for charting and documentation
