Great way to network, develop your skills and work in various medical departments - Primary Care, Specialty & Surgical Offices, etc. Region C: Will cover medical offices/departments in the following towns: Wilton, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien & Westport.Summary: Provides clerical and administrative support and coordinates the patient care activities for physician practice.

Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of patient's information, performing reception of customers, answering phones, registering, verifying and scheduling patient appointments, processing record requests, collecting co-pays, obtaining and coordinating record retrieval, completing audits, performing intake and processing of medical records, presenting a professional appearance, fulfilling compliance responsibilities, maintaining and modeling Nuvance Health values, demonstrating regular, reliable and predictable attendance, and performing other duties as required.Education Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. 1 year customer related experience required. Preferred: 1+ years of healthcare experience. PRN Rate: $25.58
