People & Culture Director for Fast-Growth Impact

Zero Homes is seeking a Director of People to elevate our people operations from startup basics to a scalable, well‑oiled machine. You will design and implement recruiting, onboarding, events, compensation, and office processes to keep our team engaged, compliant, and high‑performing as we grow.

You will partner with the founder and leadership to protect our culture, accelerate hiring, and expand our office operations as we scale across the region.
