Job TitleMandatory SkillsPega Case Management & Workflow DesignPega App Studio & Dev StudioPega Integrations (REST/SOAP, Eventing)Data Pages, Decision Tables & RulesCI/CD with Pega Deployment ManagerJob DescriptionDesign & build Pega workflows as a primary responsibility: model case types, stages/steps, flows/flow actions, assignments, SLAs, subcases, and cover/covered structures to deliver scalable, maintainable automation.Implement Pega application logic using data pages, data transforms, activities (when appropriate), decision tables/trees, when rules, and validations with strong adherence to Pega guardrails and reusable design patterns.Configure UX via App Studio (views, personas, channels) and refine in Dev Studio; leverage Constellation/DX API patterns where applicable for consistent, accessible user experiences.Apply Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) to translate business processes into executable Pega designs, authoring specifications, test cases, and acceptance criteria that stay in sync with the application.Optimize performance using tools such as PAL, Tracer, DB Trace, and PDC (Predictive Diagnostic Cloud); tune data pages, query strategies, caching, and guardrail scores to meet SLAs.Instrument observability: configure PDC subscriptions, log/alert routing, health dashboards, and KPIs that track case throughput, backlog, SLA adherence, and automation success rates.
