A thriving, long-standing outpatient pediatric practice in Miami, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its team as the current lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established, loyal patient base and enjoy true work-life balance in one of the most desirable regions in the country.
Position Highlights
• Outpatient only - zero hospital responsibilities
• No call - all after-hours calls handled by a triage service
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• No nights, weekends, or extended hours
• Standard patient volume: ~24 patients per day
• Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team
Compensation & Benefits
