Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Seattle, WA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for Washington State
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Background or interest in pediatric speech therapy within school or healthcare environments
• Strong skills with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, both in-person and via teletherapy
• Work closely with educators and families to achieve student goals
• Keep thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
• Offer guidance, interventions, and support for students, helping each child reach their highest potential
• Remain up-to-date with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
