Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students, both individually and in group sessions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to ensure student progress and success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as well as ongoing professional development
